How long does it take to get my property listed?

On average, we suggest giving yourself at least a 2-week lead time from purchasing your campaign to going live on the market. This will allow time for cleaning and organising your home, arranging professional photography, posting your For Sale Board, and getting ready to have viewings.

How do I arrange a contract of sale?

What do I do if I want to delist my property?

Please contact us via and we will cease all digital advertising.  We do not provide campaign package refunds if your property sells in under 12 weeks. We consider that an indication of a job well done.
